What does Plant-Based mean?

Plant-based is a term that refers to one's "diet" being based on consuming plants. At Plant Trainers we prefer to use the term "lifestyle" rather than "diet".

This lifestyle includes unprocessed or minimally processed fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes and grains. This way of eating has been proven to help with the prevention and in many cases the reversal of chronic and auto-immune diseases.
