In today’s episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast we talk to Tim Kaufman from Fat Man Rants. Tim started a journey to regain his health. At 400+ pounds he was unable to perform simple, daily tasks. He had many chronic health issues and was almost immobile. Tim had lost his interest in life and had almost given up. He started to change one small thing at a time. Tim is now an athlete that thrives on a plant-based whole foods lifestyle and leads a healthy, happy, productive, and very active life that is free of all medications he was once on. His passion is to spread the message that anyone can transition to a whole food plant-based diet and dramatically change their life regardless of their current situation or size.
During the show we talked to Tim about his story and the breaking point that got him to finally want to make a change. He describes his life from the point of not really caring if he wakes up in the morning to making changes just to get to tomorrow. Now, he is checking experiences off his list left and right. Find out what he has to say about getting started and staying committed.
