In today’s episode, we talk to The Plant-Based Dietitian, Julieanna Hever. It seems that everywhere you turn you can get a glimpse of Julieanna. She has her own show “What Would Julieanna Do?”, co-stars on “The Chef and The Dietitian” and she has been a guest on multiple shows such as “The Dr. Oz Show” and “The Steve Harvey Show”. Julieanna is the author of the best-selling book, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Plant-Based Nutrition and now has a brand new book, The Vegiterranean Diet.  Julieanna is also the nutrition columnist for VegNews Magazine. Her newest endeavor is being the Executive Director of EarthSave, International.

Julieanna explains to us how to combine foods for the best absorption of nutrients, the whys and hows of B12 and she shares her thoughts on combatting childhood obesity. It was fun to record with Julieanna as she is so vibrant and knowledgeable.
