I thought the podcast was very inspiring and informative. I learned many things and it really opened my eyes to the importance of managing one’s time since when you think about it, time really does go by very quickly. I found a lot of the points you guys made in the podcast very relatable like when you were speaking about how you always hear people say “I wish I could do this/that.” I’m not going to lie, I have said things like that before and I never really thought about how I probably could do those things that I wish only if my time was well managed. Also, I thought it was very interesting to see the possible secondary effects of the improper management of one’s time has on one. Like you said, if you don’t manage your time, it could be possible that you won’t be motivated to exercise, eat healthy, etc. I learned also to be true to yourself because when you work out and eat healthy for example, if you’re not honest with yourself, you’re only cheating yourself. I think I definitely will think twice about wasting time doing certain things that have no benefit for both me or my peers. Overall, I thought the episode was really well done and a major eye opener.
Sometimes it takes a little inspiration to realize you can do more with your day. Life is REALLY busy whether it’s from school, work, family, friends, and commitments.
Taking the time to prioritize and realize what is really important to you and deciding what can be let go will help you get to the point where you don’t have to say “I wish I could do that”.
Setting up good habits at a younger age should help you be on top of your game as you move on in life.
Good luck and thanks so much for taking the time to comment!
