In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk with Jeff Tritten, once BBQ Chef and now plant-based advocate. Jeff shares his story of how after losing 80 lbs in 100 days he became alerted to the science behind a plant-based diet and it changed his life forever. Being a BBQ chef, he had quite the romance with meat, but he still gave plant-based a try. The only thing he had to lose was a whopping 150lbs. We discuss the role of diet and exercise and which one really does hold more value. This includes the way he aligned morally with his job. Stick through till the end as he will give us lots of tips and tricks every plant-based home cook needs to know.
Jeff Tritten is a passionate plant-based diet advocate. He has personally seen the massive results of not consuming animal products and has coached many others in their journey to good health. In the process, he has created many plant-based recipes to help others on their journey toward good health. Jeff currently owns the blog ‘Respectful Living’ and spends his time creating recipes, writing plant-based nutritional information articles, being a small group leader for Plant-Based Nutrition Support Group, PBNSG.org, and bringing plant-based nutritional information to his local community at their farmers market and senior center.
