In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, ditching dairy, diabetes and 150 pounds, we feature Andrea Sereda and her transformation story. She started off like most of us in the beginning. She found the plant-based lifestyle at a time where it seemed like there were no other options. For those of you who have been with us a while, you know our summer episodes always provide great content, but are different from our regular show, giving us some downtime in the summer. So sit back and enjoy or get out there and exercise. We would love to hear your thoughts and how you can relate to their story over on Instagram. We’ll be back in a few weeks.
Today’s Plant-Based Journey comes from Andrea Sereda, a plant-based, weight management wiz who has been featured on Global TV and in print (Impact magazine, Forks Over Knives, Chicago Tribune) for her work helping others achieve their Best Weight through the same evidence-based, sustainable, and health-focused practices that resulted in her losing over 150 pounds and keeping it off years ago. She holds an MSW, is a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer, group fitness fanatic, busy mom of four, author of Sprouts in the Kitchen: Plant-based Family Favourites, and founder of Journey Health Studio – a completely online health studio offering 1:1 health coaching, challenge groups, as well as live-streamed and on-demand group fitness classes.
