In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk with Carl Mason about a natural approach to healing. Carl is a new friend of ours who we met through the health coaching world. His methods just make sense. It has been wonderful hearing the stories of his clients and their progress. After working with one of our Redox experts, he began to see improvements in his own eye health. He has now incorporated redox into some of his clients’ protocols and their bodies are responding beautifully.
Carl has been involved in lifestyle transformation for over 30 years. He has had successful careers in personal training, coaching, design, landscaping and currently, cancer coaching which includes mindset as well as self-sabotage coaching. Carl’s own journey through cancer in his mid-20’s has led him to discover the value and abundance in a plant-based diet. His extensive studies on how to implement and apply a plant-based and natural approach to healing has helped him improve the quality of life for himself and others.
In this episode we discuss:
- Finding a plant-based lifestyle
- His cancer journey
- Lifestyle and mindset for his clients
- His blindness
- The role of Asea Redox
- tips for people to have healthier lifestyle
