In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk with Chef Lauren D’Agostino all about creating easy meals for date night, Valentine’s Day, and other special moments. Many couples are staying in and taking less time to have a date night and Valentine’s day is on its way. Lauren gives us some fun ways to “fancify” or up-level everyday easy meals without spending hours in the kitchen. You will love her pantry staples, batch cooking ideas, and Valentine’s Day desserts.
Lauren D’Agostino is a private plant-based chef, kitchen confidence coach, speaker, and author, helping veg-curious and plant-passionate people fall in love with plant-based food. Everything she does in the kitchen is infused with fun, familiarity, and high-vibrations of love, joy, and gratitude – and often essential oils, with recipes from her cookbook. When she’s not in her kitchen cooking, she’s in the virtual kitchen, teaching self-conscious and intimidated cooks the plant-based fundamentals so they can master the intuitive bliss of healthy and flavorful meals in the day-to-day. Inspired by her career as a professional vegan chef, the global consciousness awakening, and her graceful transition into living a delicious plant-based life, she is guiding others to create lasting habits by incorporating more plants, both on and off the plate.
