Ayurveda believes that most diseases originate with imbalances in the digestive system. We dive into the three different types of constitutions, or Doshas, and their characteristics. We also have a look at their elements and what each dosha should be eating.
Kartikeya is a certified Ayurvedic nutritionist and lifestyle coach. He helps people eat wholesome nourishing food, in sync with their natural constitution, by nature’s rhythms and seasons to enhance well-being and promote healing through the wisdom of Ayurveda. He offers unique customized nutrition plans, recipes, and helps with menu planning if needed based on every person’s unique constitution and needs.
