Allan Misner has been successful in many facets of his life, but during his 30’s he let his health and fitness decline. After meeting the love of his life, he committed to improving his health, which led him down an entirely new life path. He became a certified personal trainer and has dedicated himself to helping people over forty get fit and healthy. He launched the 40+ Fitness Podcast to encourage, educate and entertain people as they move along their journey to better health and fitness.

In this episode, I learnt helpful tips and information.
I learnt that you need a personal trainer to help you with your workouts or with any questions you may have. I also learnt that vanity matters even at an old age, and if people don’t take care of their bodies, at 35-40 years old, (the eye opener age) they start realizing that they should have taken better care of their bodies because now they have to go back and start.
In this episode, I agreed with some of the things that Allan said. I agreed with Allan when he said that you need proper training and a proper program to prevent injuries. I also agreed with both Adam and Allan when they said that you won’t always need your personal trainer once you know what to do.
Uri, it’s so important to learn to exercise with proper technique at ANY age. Why wait until later in life to learn when you can start today! Thanks for listening!
