In today’s episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast we talk to Benji Kurtz, founder of the not-for-profit organization: Alliance to Repair the American Diet, now known as Remedy Food Project. Benji was obese his whole adult life until he adopted a whole-foods, plant-based diet and lifestyle. After having huge success with this lifestyle he began to educate the public as well as provide continuing education for medical professionals. Teaching them about the growing amount of research that shows that food choice can affect chronic disease in the ways of prevention and reversal. In doing so, he brought the first whole-foods, plant-based live event to Georgia and now to Toronto.
