In today’s episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast we talk to Chris Kidawski about pain management and the importance of the mind, body and spiritual connection.
As a long time strength and conditioning coach you may be surprised to hear about all the mind and spirit development Chris has done and that he teaches his clients to do the same. We talked about the role of strength training and concentrated on pain management both in terms of preventative measures and what to do when you actually become injured. At the end of the day it’s always about self improvement and figuring out the way to stay as healthy as possible throughout life.
Chris Kidawski has been a strength and conditioning coach for the past 18 years. He is the author of two books and is about to publish his third. Chris’ experience has taken him from New York, to Hawaii, and now to South Florida. He has helped high school athletes achieve college scholarships, college athletes get into the pro’s, and professional athletes to achieve championship status. Chris has also helped countless others achieve their fitness, and health goals. His mission in life is to never stop opening others lives to endless possibilities!
