In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, Never Give Up, we feature the transformation story of Jenni Williams and her path to a healthier lifestyle. She started off like most of us in the beginning. They found the plant-based lifestyle at a time where it seemed like there were no other options. For those of you who have been with us a while, you know our summer episodes always provide great content, but are different from our regular show, giving us some downtime in the summer. So sit back and enjoy or get out there and exercise. We would love to hear your thoughts and how you can relate to their story over on Instagram. We’ll be back in a few weeks.
Today’s Plant-Based Journey comes from Jenni Williams who was born and raised in small-town Iowa and relocated to the Peoria, Illinois area in 2009. She’s a professional photographer and just completed her bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship. She looks forward to fulfilling her goal of being a trainer for the Dale Carnegie Program. Jenni was recently elected as village trustee for the Village of North Pekin. She and her husband have 3 girls, ages 8, 6, and 2. She is thrilled with how she feels. Jenni has fought weight her entire life and now doesn’t have to because of this awesome side effect of being plant-based. Find out the impact that dairy and gluten have had on her family as well. Eating right and working out is transforming her body and she loves it!
